Can I use Glitch without Telegram?
Telegram is needed to get a free trial period
However, if you don't need it, you can pay for a subscription in your personal dashboard.
What data do you store?
The minimum necessary for the subscription to work.
We do not store your activity history, list of visited sites, correspondence content, etc.
If you are authorized in our Telegram bot, even in this case we cannot spam you with advertising junk.

My internet became slow after connecting
A slight decrease in speed is an expected effect when connecting to a secure connection.
This happens because your data goes through a secure tunnel.
However, if you notice a significant drop in speed and changing the country/server does not help,
then write to our support. We will try to help.

Depends on the payment method.
By card or Telegram Stars: you can return 100% of funds within 14 days of purchase.

What is the difference between the app and the extension?
The app protects all internet traffic of your device. The extension works only inside the browser and acts as a secure proxy.
I bought a subscription, how do I connect another device?
1. Download the app to the device you want to connect.
2. Open the device where you are already authorized.
Personal dashboard on website: Go to settings. Find "Authorization Code".
Browser extension, mobile app or desktop app:
Open the extension. Go to "Profile" screen. At the top of the page is the authorization code (by default it looks like 16 asterisks *, click the eye icon to show it).
Telegram bot: Open chat with the bot. In the bottom menu press "Profile" (if the bottom menu is not visible, type command /menu). In the appearing message select "Login Code".
3. Enter this code on the new device
For premium users 5 devices are available simultaneously.
However if you want to connect more devices, write to our support. We'll come up with something.
Does Glitch guarantee anonymity?
