Terms of Service

These Terms of Usage (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Glitch VPN (the “Service”) provided by GLITCH LABS LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the AUP.
1. Terms and Definitions
The following terms are used in this Agreement:
- Offer – a public proposal by the Executor, addressed to any individual, to conclude a Service Agreement on the existing terms contained in the Agreement.
- Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the terms of the Agreement by performing conclusive actions.
- Customer (User) – an individual who has accepted the Offer.
- Service Operator – GLITCH LABS LLC, a legal entity registered in the State of New Mexico, USA. Provides the Network Services of the Service directly to the Customer.
- Licensee Executor – Individual Entrepreneur Bezlegkiy Maksim Evgenievich (OGRNIP 326385000014041, INN 381022059880). Provides Licensing Services to Customers within the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the “RUB Payments (Russian Federation)” section of these Terms.
- Service – the Glitch client software and the accompanying network infrastructure, available via the Website and applications.
- Licensing Services – the granting to the Customer of a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Glitch client software, and subscription technical support (user support, access to the personal cabinet). Licensing Services do not include the provision of the Network Services of the Service.
- Network Services of the Service – the transmission and encryption of the Customer’s data through the Service’s nodes, traffic routing, and the provision of exit points. Provided exclusively by the Service Operator.
- Website – the internet resource located on the Internet.
2. Conclusion of Contract
This Agreement and Offer are considered accepted, and the Contract concluded, from the moment you perform conclusive actions. Such actions include:
- Registering an account or starting to use the Service;
- Placing an order, application, or subscription for Services;
- Activation of a trial period;
- Payment for Services;
- Actual use of the Service’s functionality or Telegram bot.
By performing any of these actions, you unconditionally accept all terms of this Offer without any exceptions or limitations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at or above the age of majority in your country and in any case 18+. You represent that you are not subject to sanctions or export restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Service.
4. Accounts & devices
The Service uses an anonymous 16-character code ("user_code") instead of email/password. You may register up to 5 devices. One device is designated as the primary device and may remove other devices. If you sign out on the primary device without re-assigning, a new primary device may be selected automatically.
Support: For support inquiries, you must use the Support Code generated within the app, not your master user_code.
5. Plans, payments, and auto-renewal
The Service may be purchased as recurring or one-time access, depending on the plan you select. Payments are facilitated through Telegram Stars (in-app) or Cryptocurrency. Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise.

If a plan is auto-renewing, it will renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current paid period. You can review and manage your plan through the Telegram bot (Profile → My plan → Cancel subscription) or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; after cancellation, access remains available until the end of the already-paid period.
We provide renewal reminders and plan details through the Telegram bot and, where required by law, within the checkout channel. If pricing changes, we will notify you before the new rate is applied on renewal and give you an opportunity to cancel.
Third-Party Billing:
If you purchase the Service via a third party (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Telegram Stars), their terms and billing policies apply. We are not responsible for any “Force Majeure” events related to these platforms (e.g., if your Telegram account is suspended by Telegram, or if the App Store removes the app).
RUB Payments (Russian Federation):
For Customers paying in RUB through Russian payment providers, Licensing Services are provided by Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Evgenievich Bezlegkiy (OGRNIP 326385000014041, INN 381022059880) on the basis of a license agreement with GLITCH LABS LLC, which is the owner of the Glitch software and brand.
Licensing Services include:
- the granting of a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Glitch client software;
- subscription technical support: user support, access to the personal cabinet, information and consulting services.
Network Services of the Service (data transmission and encryption, traffic routing, provision of exit points) are provided directly by GLITCH LABS LLC as the Service Operator. The agreement for the provision of the Network Services of the Service is concluded between the Customer and the Service Operator at the moment of the first launch of the client software, and is governed by these Terms in the parts relating to the Service Operator.
Payments received from Customers in RUB are directed to the Licensee Executor as payment for the Licensing Services. Tax obligations connected to such payments are fulfilled by the Licensee Executor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation; cash receipts are issued by the Licensee Executor in the manner provided by Federal Law No. 54-FZ.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and the calculation of any refund amounts are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. That document forms part of these Terms and explains eligibility windows, refund procedures, applicable deductions, and exclusions. Abuse or material breach voids refund eligibility.
7. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are an EU or EEA consumer purchasing a subscription remotely, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date of the first payment. To exercise that right, use the Telegram bot (Profile → My plan → Cancel subscription) and choose Refund within the 14-day window, or contact support from the same interface.
When you request that the Service begin immediately, you acknowledge and agree:
- If you cancel within the 14-day period after the Service has started, we may charge you for the portion already provided. This pro-rata amount is calculated based on the time elapsed in the current billing period relative to the total period, with a fallback to the reasonable market value of the Service if the proportional price would be manifestly unfair.
- For Crypto Payments: You expressly waive your right of withdrawal due to the technical irreversibility of blockchain transactions.
- You lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed (e.g., the entire prepaid period has elapsed) following your explicit request for immediate performance.
Any refunds issued under this section are processed through the Refund & Cancellation Policy workflow.
8. Acceptable use
You must comply with the AUP. BitTorrent protocol is not supported. Use with Tor is not guaranteed and may be limited or blocked.
9. Fair use & network management
We may apply reasonable technical measures (rate-limits, shaping, or blocking of categories/destinations) to protect stability and security. We may suspend or terminate for abuse.
10. Service changes, pricing, and availability
We may modify features or pricing on notice. Active, already-paid periods are not changed. If we discontinue the Service, we will honor paid access through the end of the current period or provide a fair remedy consistent with the Refund Policy.
11. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. No SLA is provided.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions (including blocking of internet resources or protocols), failures of telecommunications networks or the internet, DDoS attacks, and other events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of (i) the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (ii) USD 100.
Class Action Waiver:
Where permitted by law, you agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Glitch VPN.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your illegal use or breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law & venue
The Network Services of the Service, provided by GLITCH LABS LLC (the Service Operator), are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes regarding the Network Services of the Service is in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. The Customer agrees to personal jurisdiction there.
The Licensing Services, provided by Individual Entrepreneur Bezlegkiy Maksim Evgenievich (the Licensee Executor) within the territory of the Russian Federation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes regarding the Licensing Services shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Pre-trial dispute resolution is mandatory.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Notification of changes happens by publishing the updated text on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, stop using the Service and cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle.

These Terms are provided in English. Translations are for convenience only; English controls.
