1. No-Logs Policy
We operate under a strict No-Logs Policy. We do not record traffic, DNS, or connection history.
See our Privacy Policy for the technical configuration snippets (/dev/null) that enforce this.
2. Data Inventory (What actually exists)
In the event of a valid legal request or server seizure, here is strictly what data exists within our infrastructure:
A. Persistent Data (Database)

B. Ephemeral State (Active Sessions)
- Active Connections: A database record exists only while a user is connected, linking a
device_idto a specific VPN node. This record is deleted immediately upon disconnection. - RAM State: VPN nodes store routing tables in RAM. This data is lost upon reboot or power loss.
C. Payment Records
We are required by law to retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.

We DO NOT possess:
- Traffic logs (visited websites, payloads).
- Connection logs (history of “who connected when”).
- Original IP addresses of users.
3. Subprocessors & Infrastructure
We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the service. Data shared with them is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Law Enforcement Requests
We respond only to properly served, valid legal requests addressed to GLITCH LABS LLC.

- Scope: We can only disclose what we have. Since we do not have logs, we cannot correlate past activity to a user. We can typically only confirm if an account exists or is currently active.
